What REVOL Team is

REVOL Team (revolteam.com and the REVOL Team phone app) is the private workspace of REVOL Real Estate and REVOL Financial Group (“REVOL”) for its agents, producers and staff. It is operated by REVOL, 443-720-7800, info@revolrealestate.com.

Information we hold

  • Your account: name, email, phone, photo, title, license numbers, and the profile details you enter.
  • Your work: posts, comments, messages, documents, training progress, events, closings, commission forms and pay records.
  • Client records you enter about the people you serve, which REVOL holds as the brokerage of record.
  • Device information: when you sign in, and, if you allow notifications, an anonymous push address for your phone.
  • Accounting data: when REVOL connects QuickBooks Online, commission receipts and payments are sent to REVOL’s own QuickBooks company. REVOL Team reads from QuickBooks only what it needs to confirm those records.

How it is used

To run the brokerage: communication, training, transaction tracking, payroll and bookkeeping, and to send notifications you have chosen. REVOL does not sell personal information and does not use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see what

Pay records are visible only to the person paid, their team lead, and REVOL administrators. Private files require two-step sign-in. Direct messages are visible only to the two people in them. Everything else is visible to active REVOL team members. Service providers that process data on REVOL’s behalf (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database, Expo for notifications, Resend for email, Twilio for texting, Intuit for QuickBooks) act under their own agreements and do not use the data for their own purposes.

Keeping and deleting

Records are kept as long as real estate and insurance regulations require. When you leave REVOL your access ends; your name stays on the transactions you were part of. Contact an administrator to correct anything about you.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is by role, and sensitive files are logged on every open. Report a concern to info@revolrealestate.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes and a notice appears in the app.
