Who may use REVOL Team

Active agents, producers and staff of REVOL Real Estate and REVOL Financial Group (“REVOL”) whose access has been approved by an administrator. Access ends when your affiliation with REVOL ends. Clients use the separate REVOL client app under its own terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done under it. Tell an administrator at once if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Use REVOL Team for REVOL business. Do not post anything unlawful, discriminatory, or that violates fair housing, MLS or licensing rules. Do not share clients’ personal information outside the people who need it. Do not copy the data for use outside REVOL.

Content you add

You keep ownership of what you post. You give REVOL permission to store, display and share it inside REVOL Team for brokerage purposes. Transaction and client records belong to REVOL as the brokerage of record.

Pay and commission figures

Figures shown in REVOL Team are records of the brokerage’s calculations. Your independent contractor agreement and the commission plan it refers to govern what you are owed; if they disagree with a figure in the app, tell the broker.

Availability and changes

REVOL may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. REVOL Team is provided as is, without warranty, and REVOL’s liability for its use is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
